1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef, ground turkey
1 package McCormick® Italian Meatball Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups marinara sauce Substitutions
5 submarine rolls, (6-inch)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Substitutions
Mix ground beef, egg and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs. Drain fat from skillet.
Add marinara sauce to skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat until heated through. Add cooked meatballs; toss to coat with sauce. Spoon meatballs and sauce into rolls. Sprinkle with cheese.
